The nature of our business is to provide custom printed items to our clients. As such, prior to printing, you will receive a proof from our art department. It is you responsibility to review the proof for image, layout or spelling errors. Once approved, the product will be printed as shown in the proof. Refunds will be provided only under the following circumstance. There is a structural defect or flaw in the actual product that was purchased, or if there is a printing error made by the supplier and/or Identity Promotions LLC, that doesn't not match the approved proof.
